The musical "Spider Man"has been estimated at a $65 Million show. It was supposed to come out again this week, but has been suspended for some touchups and shall come out within the next three months. This New York Times article has more information.
What amazes me about this play is it takes 40 years of comic booking, multiple movies with splendid special effects, and mixes them together into a 2 hour performance...and what do you get? Im sure it's tremendous. I wonder how it compares to the movies.

Haha thanks for the heads up Sarah! It's actually incredible that old comics and novels still can impact today's society with such magnitude. Huck Finn was written over a hundred years ago yet we still study, spiderman was popular generations ago yet is still commonly recognized by today's youth. I'm sure it'll be a great show!
